Subject: Response to Bridle Gate Estates PIP Review Comments, Case File #11-00500072
The following are responses to the review comments from May 2, 2011.
1. Please dimension the street width on the plans:
Response - Street widths and ROW widths have been adding to the plans; please see irrigation
and landscape plans.
2. Please depict property lines/right-of-way lines on the plans:
Response - Property lines have been labeled and additional property lines are shown on plans
for clarity.
3. Based on response from Troy Rather, P.E., Traffic Engineer, landscape may not exceed 2.5 feet
above curb level in the Line of Site depicted on the attached drawing:
Response —Additional on -site measurements have been taken and the landscape plan has been
redrawn to show more accurately that plenty of space is available for the proposed rose bushes.
The proposed rose bushes have the space necessary to grow to full size without crossing the
Line -of -Sight along the fence line of Longmire Drive. Photographs have been taken and
submitted as well to further show the ample space available for the proposed rose bushes.
I hope my responses and revised plans address all comments and concerns. Please let me know as soon
as possible, Bridle Gate Estates HOA is eager to install the irrigation system due to the current drought.
