I don't have exact measurements, but the existing ground looks about 6 inches above the pavement surface. So, the plant material In the area of the triangle (see identified areas on attachment) would need to remain less than 2.5 feet tall. Troy Troy Rother, P.E. An irrigation system along both sides of Bridle Gate Drive and several under street sleeves were never installed, as well as landscaping at the Longmire Drive main entrance. After several years, the HOA is finally in a position to make the five necessary bores under the streets and to install a drip irrigation system within the six existing flowerbeds along Bridle Gate Drive. However, there are some additional expenses that were not planned, including the $350 Private Improvements in a Public ROW permit application fee. This permit is required before the Contractor can receive his irrigation permit. This letter is to kindly ask for an application fee waiver of the $350. Bridle Gate Estates HOA, we believe has been given the burden to finish what amenities we have that the Developer left incomplete. And with the financial obstacles of a small neighborhood HOA, and as a non-profit organization, the HOA is seeking any help possible. Please strongly consider our fee waiver request. Thank you, Bridle Gate Estates HOA Contact Person: Mr. Benjamin McCarty 3806 Bridle Trails Ct College Station, TX 77845
