Attached please find drafts of the Assignment and Assumption Agreement and resolutions authorizing the purchase of the
College Station property. Please let me know if you have any comments to these documents; I'd like to send to Bill Earle
tomorrow for his sign off.
I have not heard back from Texas regarding Lisa's proposed names for the LLC, but the name "Capstone — CS, LLC' appears to be
available. If this works for you, I'll have the articles of organization for the LLC filed tomorrow morning.

Based on our previous conversation regarding the leasing trailer for Capstone Cottages, I have added the
leasing trailer site plan page to the overall site plan for The Cottages. We credited $1,532 to the 11-45 Cottages
DP balance yesterday. Below are comments on the leasing trailer site plan so that changes can be made prior
to resubmitting the site plan package. Please let me know if you have any questions!
*Please include a note related to the removal of the trailer and associated improvements. The use must be
removed when Certificates of Occupancy have been issued on 9S% of the units, the use has ceased in the
trailer or the leasing office has been issued on -site.
ase verify that the Leasing Trailer Plan has been included in all engineering reports - drainage, fire flow, etc
* se include fire hydrant assembly in overall site cost estimate
* ase address sanitary sewer service for leasing trailer
ZWEdge identify appropriate BCS details for driveway apron and street/sidewalk tie-in
* as dimension the driveway at the property line
* ase identify proposed driveway curb return radius
* ase tap proposed meter off hydrant lead line, to avoid multiple taps on the main
Q55sed on the proposed water demands, the meter should be a .75 inch
