Each exit opening shall be minimum of 36" clear width and have Exit Signs mounted above them. Provide fire extinguishers within tent per Fire Marshal (at least one per 50') Fence shall not block the Means of Egress from the Building. Fenced area shall have not less than two exit ways in compliance with minimum Means of Egress (exits) per 2012 IBC. Tent shall be at least 20' from the existing buildings. With College Main and Boyett closed at the same time Fire access to the Northgate area would be limited to an unacceptable level. 2) At this point in time we are not sure, what, if any traffic interruptions may be caused by the TXDOT University Drive rehabilitation project. 3) This far out from the event too many variables exist for Fire to approve this event. Is it possible for O'Bannon's to do this event in the Northgate Surface Lot? As noted, I have included everything we talked about in our prior meeting. We will have: * A 16' Fire Lane for emergency vehicles * Staff manning the barricades on University & Patricia during peak hours (when College Main is blocked off) We will move fence to cover sidewalk but will still have walk-thru access. We will have staff manning these 2 entrances Let me know where we go from here and if you have any other questions. Also, if you need me to print out copies of this plan I will be glad to do so.
