The event will take place from Sam on Saturday, 3/17/2012 to tam on
3/18/2012. One day before the event, on 3/16/2012, we will need to block of the
street and setup our tent, stage, tables, etc. On the day of the event we will be
serving food all day as well as have live entertainment (DJ, Live Irish Music, contests,
giveaways, etc). We will obtain a special permit to serve alcohol from TABC and
alcohol will ONLY be allowed inside the designated area.
The area will be fenced off on Boyett street directly in front of O'Bannon's Taphouse.
The following is a list of materials and their providers:
Service Insurance Group: Insurance Policy and Permit Bond in accordance with
Special Event Permit Application
TABC: Special permit to sell beer. All beer will be in plastic cups -NO GLASS!!
N-Line: Road signs & Barricades at Patricia/Boyett, University/Boyett, 2 Boyett
entrances to gas station.
National Construction Rental: Chain link fencing around perimeter of event
Texas Commercial Waste: 3 Portable Toilets (Handicap accessible)
Party Time Rental: 20'X60' Tent, Lighting, Stage, a few tables. It is my
understanding that Party Time can give you all of the fire code information on the
tent.
O'Bannon's Taphouse: Tables, Serving Stations (bar), Trash Cans, etc
* 2 Off Duty Police Officers will be hired for security during peak time
* A fire extinguisher will be placed at bar to the left of the stage
* We will have a staff member at the entrance preventing drinks from
leaving the designated area
Global !Event Group: Provide catering for the event. They will bring necessary
cooking equipment and supplies. They have indicated that they will also bring fire
extinguishers and a generator to provide power for lighting and sound equipment
for DJ and Irish band. The location of their designated area is detailed on the site
plan map.
