Subject: Easement Dedication for Wither Street Apartments
Stephen/Gilbert,
Please see the attached map and let me know if you are okay with Exhibits A, B, and C being Electric only. The others
are full PUEs. Per our standard, the easement documents that we sent them initially were for full PUEs, all Exhibits, but
they came back marked up as electric only for A, B, and C. (To be fair, the survey documents they submitted are specific
to electric.) My understanding is that it will be easier for them to put in carports if easements are only for electric. Need
to know ASAP since they are wanting their CO and we have had these for a while.
There is currently a blanket PUE on the property as well as PUEs along the inside perimeter of the property that were
dedicated by the plat (also attached).

Dear Mr. Norton,
Davis Brothers Construction (DBC) respectfully request the use of a sanitary/sewer
pump truck to be used for building 4 only after the TCO is obtained for this building.
The building will be used for leasing purposes only during this time, and no one will
be living in it. DBC will take full responsibility for the sewage being pumped out
weekly, and we will provide liquid waste manifest to CSU. DBC anticipates the force
main will be fully capable after October 2011.
