SUBJECT: ROCK PRAIRIE MARKETPLACE (REZ)
Thank you for your submittal the rezoning application for Rock Prairie Market Place. This
application has been tentatively scheduled for the April 21, 2011 Planning & Zoning
Commission meeting and the April 28, 2011 City Council meeting. Please address the attached
comments and submit the information by Monday, April 4, 2011.

Staff Review Comments:
1. Please provide property owner signatures and associated signature authorities.
2. The legal description provided with the application does not close (a call near the
southeast property corner was omitted). We do not need a separate description
because the property is a legally platted lot and block.
3. We need 14 11 x1 7 copies of the rezoning map and concept plan for Planning & Zoning
Commission packets.
4. Has a driveway to SH6 been approved by TxDOT?
5. The information contained in the Rider and Application are under review.
