I've looked over the application and it looks like we have what we need. I will send back a formal memo
requesting a change to the zoning map / Legal Description provided (a call was left off) and the 11x17 copies of
the maps for the Planning & Zoning Commission packets.
Let me know where you are on getting signature authority from David Scarmardo and providing signature
authority for who ever signs on behalf of WRI.
I will have our Legal staff review the Rider (since I have not been part of that discussion). You mention waiver
of development fees in your application and reference the Rider, but I don't find that language in the Rider. .
Concept Plan - has TxDot approved the driveway location onto SH6?

I talked to the Brazos County Appraisal District and they confirmed that Rock Prairie Development, Ltd. is on the
deed. Please also provide information (bylaws, minutes, etc.) giving David Scarmardo authority to sign on
behalf of Rock Prairie Development, Ltd. Please let me know if you need clarification. Thanks!

To answer your question, it is my understanding that Rock Prairie Development, Ltd. is on the deed.
