SUBJECT: WOODSTONE SHOPPING CENTER PARKING STUDY
Based on the information provided with this application staff has determined that the
property located at 903 Harvey Road B has sufficient parking to support the proposed
intense use (religious worship center) during its peak operating hours of Sunday 10:30,
a.m. — 11:45 a.m., Wednesdays 6:30pm — 8:00 p.m., Thursdays 7:00 p.m. — 9:00 p.m.
one Friday a month 6:30 p.m. — 9:30 p.m., and Saturdays 8:30 a.m. -10:30 a.m. Staff
has approved the proposed church as an allowed use for this location.
