The following is the preliminary item needed to complete the submittal so that staff may conduct a thorough review. Please submit the following information by 10 a.m. on any Monday for review that week: A complete site plan application and fee. As there will be minor changes to the parking lot, a site plan review is needed to make sure these alterations will meet current requirements. Because of the limited extent of proposed changes, a $300 site plan fee will be assessed in lieu of the $932 site plan fee. While they will be informed of your exception, please submit a copy of this memo with the complete site plan application so that Customer Service Representatives will be reminded that a full site plan fee is not expected. Please be aware that if this application is not completed before Monday, April 11, 2011, it will expire and a new application and fees will be necessary to continue the non-residential architectural amendment process.
