MEMORANDUM
February 23, 2011 /
TO: James Harris, Britt Rice, via fax: 979.693.9785 V C6
FROM: Molly Hitchcock, AICP
Planning Administrator
SUBJECT: BRITT RICE CANOPY AT ENTRANCE (NRA)
I reviewed the above -mentioned NON-RESIDENTIAL ARCHITECTURAL STANDARDS
application turned in on February 17th for today's deadline and determined it to be incomplete.
The following is the preliminary item needed to complete the submittal so that staff may conduct
a thorough review. Please submit the following information by 10 a.m. on any Monday for review
that week:
A complete site plan application and fee. As there will be minor changes to the
parking lot, a site plan review is needed to make sure these alterations will meet current
requirements. Because of the limited extent of proposed changes, a $300 site plan fee
will be assessed in lieu of the $932 site plan fee. While they will be informed of your
exception, please submit a copy of this memo with the complete site plan application so
that Customer Service Representatives will be reminded that a full site plan fee is not
expected.
Please be aware that if this application is not completed before Monday, April 11, 2011, it will
expire and a new application and fees will be necessary to continue the non-residential
architectural amendment process.
If you have any questions or need additional information, please call me at 979.764.3570.
