Initially the project did not include a sanitary sewer extension and did not require this fee . The fee is now required to accommodate the inspection of the public sanitary sewer line. 2. Please submit a Letter of Acknowledgment of City Standards signed and sealed by an engineer. 3. Fire Flow Report-The "Water System Flow Test Report" dated July 16, 2008 was for a fire hydrant located at 3316 Keefer Loop. Please submit a report for the correct address and a revised letter from the engineer reflecting the fire flow based on the actual results. 4. Fire Flow Report -Please provide the building construction type (based on size and material of the building) with the fire flow report. In accordance with the 2006 International Fire Code -Appendix B, the building construction type must be utilized to determine the minimum fire flow required from the fire hydrant. FYI ... Your architect should be able to provide this information on building construction type. 5. Construction Plans -The site plan shows the proposed building on Lot 6R rather than 7R. Please revise. 6. Construction Plans -Please use the minimum 0.40% slope for the proposed 8-inch sanitary sewer pipe to allow for future expansion. 7. Construction Plans -The sanitary sewer line is required to be built to and through the property. Please extend the proposed sewer line to the property line between Lots 5R & 6R. FYI ... This change will require the sewer report and cost estimate to be revised. 8. Construction Plans -Please add a note to the plans specifying that an inside drop is required at the tie-in to the existing manhole. 9. Construction Plans -Please use the revised City standard details dated 1/1/08. 10. Construction Plans -Please add volume and page number to existing public utility easements.
