Molly, I just dropped off the revised application for the Spring Creek Terrace preliminary plat #2.
Two items that are not included are the commercial tracts Title Policy and Nothing Further Certificate.
Jesse Durden the commercial tracts agent is working to get the documents and will hopefully have
them emailed to you later today. The items were not included with this application because they were
not required on the first application.
Also I did not get involved with the commercial tracts specific verbiage regarding the sidewalk
requirements. Please discuss the requirements with Jesse Durden and let me know if I need to add
anything to or change the application.
Please insert Mr. Patels & Mr. Walls original signature sheet into the application, the J.C. Wall original
was in application #2 and the Patel original was dropped off by Jesse Durden last week.
Also please add to the correspondence / notification list.
Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help keep the application on track.
