STAFF REVIEW COMMENTS NO. 1
Project: LANDMARK ON LONGMIRE APARTMENTS (REZ) — (11-00500043)
PLANNING
1. Provide revised pages 1 and 2 of the application. On page 1, the address should be only for
the Airline Drive addresses (as 2403 Longmire is already all R-6), Lots 1 & 2, etc in the legal
description, and just 2.2257 acreage. On page 2, a portion of Lot 2 is currently zoned R-6,
so this request should state it is from C-1 and R-6 to R-6.
2. As with the previous application, the survey provided does not contain all of information to
be included on the rezoning map. Please include the present zoning of the subject property
(showing the current boundary between C-1 and R-6 on Lot 2) and the zoning of all abutting
property on the document. Please note that the new labeling will need to be legible when
printed as the 11"x17" sheets for the meeting packets.
