The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit the following information by any Monday at 10:00 a.m. for further staff review: City of College Station Transmittal Letter; Memo providing written responses to all of staff's comments (identify the specific page that each comment was addressed on or the reason for not addressing the comment); Seven (7) complete sets of site civil construction documents for the proposed development with the revised site attached (one set will be returned to you, please submit additional copies if you want more than one approved set)' Four (4) revised site plans Please note that this application will expire in 90 days from the date of this memo, if the applicant has not provided written response comments and revised documents to the Administrator that seek to address the staff review comments contained herein. If there are comments that you are not addressing with the revised site plan, please attach a letter explaining the details. A six-inch monolithic curb is required along the all edges of the new porch and all parking areas (except for ADA accessible ramps) that are affected by this site plan. Please show this on the site plan and provide the standard curb detail found in the City of College Station Sight Design Standards on the site plan. 2. Please provide the zoning classification for this site. 3. The masonry columns will conflict with the 2-foot overhang required of 18-foot parking spaces. Please revise. 4. Please identify the location of the fire lane on this site and how it will be affected by the proposed improvements. 5. Please identify the FEMA panel that covers this property and was used to determine no floodplain exists. 6. Please note that any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans that the City has not be made of aware of will constitute a completely new review.
