Residential Architectural Standards Building Review Application was not necessary, staff will
make a complimentary review of the information provided. This project will be distributed to
staff next week for their review.

SUBJECT: Cocs Carters Creek Wastewater Treatment NRA Review
Staff reviewed the above -mentioned Non -Residential Architectural plans as requested. The
following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed.
Please address the comments and submit the following information by any Monday at 10:00
a.m. for further staff review:
One (1) revised set of elevation drawings
Color and material Samples
Please note that this application will expire in 90 days from the date of this memo, if the
applicant has not provided written response comments and revised documents to the
Administrator that seek to address the staff review comments contained herein. If there are
comments that you are not addressing with the revised elevations, please attach a letter
explaining the details. If you have any questions or need additional information, please call me

PLANNING
1. Since this project is a Municipal Industrial facility, it is exempt from Non -Residential
Architectural Standards found in Section 7.9 of the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO).
A cursory review was completed on the plans that were submitted.
2. As shown, the building is not compliant with building material or architectural relief element
requirements on any fagade.
3. A color sample and material samples would need to be submitted. If either is not in
compliance with City ordinances, a waiver would need to be requested from the Design
Review Board.
4. Bicycle parking is not being provided.
5. If you would like for this project to meet City ordinances, please see Section 7.9 of the LIDO
for more information.
