We did the pre application meeting back in '09. As you may recall, this project sparked the conversation about city
facilities adhering to the UDO requirements. Let me know if we need to bring it back. Jennifer P. attended that
meeting. The project was submitted for site plan and building permit on Wednesday. Thanks for your help.

Phillip - I believe you are project manager - please forward if you're not. Sounds like this latest version
hasn't come through as a pre application mtg through Planning Dept but it might be a good idea. Is this item
planned to be submitted for a site plan approval or just a Building Permit?
Paul - Due the location of this site in the Carters Creek watershed, detention should not be used. The
proposed improvements appear to all be outside of the FEMA special flood hazard area and therefore do not
trigger associated local flood ordinance requirements.
