As you may recall, this project sparked the conversation about city facilities adhering to the UDO requirements. Let me know if we need to bring it back. Jennifer P. attended that meeting. The project was submitted for site plan and building permit on Wednesday. Thanks for your help. Philip From: Alan Gibbs To: Bargas, Philip; Wood, Paul CC: Hitchcock, Molly; Kresta, Sarah; Norton, Josh Date: 3/3/2011 3:34 PM Subject: RE: College Station - Development Permit Application Phillip - I believe you are project manager - please forward if you're not. Sounds like this latest version hasn't come through as a pre application mtg through Planning Dept but it might be a good idea. Is this item planned to be submitted for a site plan approval or just a Building Permit? Paul - Due the location of this site in the Carters Creek watershed, detention should not be used. The proposed improvements appear to all be outside of the FEMA special flood hazard area and therefore do not trigger associated local flood ordinance requirements. Let us know if there are additional issues to discuss. Thanks. Alan Gibbs, P.E., CFM City Engineer Planning and Development Services
