The Rosa's Subdivision Lot 2 Marriot Residence Inn development will be served by the existing
8" pvc sanitary sewer line along the east side of the tract. A sanitary sewer service tap is proposed to be
installed directly on this line. Peak sanitary sewer demands were determined using the fixture unit method
with fixture units being supplied by the plumbing consultant. Peak demand was determined to be 220
gpm (13,200 gph). The existing 8" line was analyzed with remaining capacity documented in the
Wastewater Design Report prepared by Kling Engineering & Surveying May 2005 for University Town
Center. Remaining capacity for this line was determined to be 19,543 gph. The addition of 13,200 gph
from the Marriot Residence Inn development leaves approximately 22.5% capacity (6,345 gpm) in the
existing 8" line.
The existing line is sufficient to provide for the proposed development.
