Post Office Box 4234 Bryan, Texas 77805 April 2, 2007 Detention for the Rosa's Subdivision Lot 2 Marriot Residence Inn development was accommodated in the project specific detention facility designed and documented in the Drainage Report for Lots lA, lB & Portion of Lot 2 -University Town Center Phase One -9.69 Acres, & The Sahara Realty Group, Ltd .. Unplatted Tract CVol 6330, Pg. 177) -7.47 Acres & The BDC Properties/Construction, Inc. Unplatted Trat CVol. 6298, Pg. 201) -4.51 Acres (currently platted as Rosa's Subdivision) submitted by Kling Engineering & Surveying June 2005. This report assumed a post developed C-Factor for the Rosa's tract of 0.87. The current site plan for the Marriot Residence Inn development yields an average C-Factor of 0.75. This is within the assumed limits. No further detention is required. All storm sewer and conveyance facilities for the site development will be private facilities.
