A. I. Kirk R. Bynum. P.E. state to the best of my knowledge and understanding that any
nonresidential structure on or proposed to be on this site as part of this application is
designed to prevent damage to the structure or its contents as a result of flooding from the
100-year storm.
B. I, Kirk R. Bynum. P.E. state to the best of my knowledge and understanding that the
proposed finished floor elevation of the nonresidential structure proposed to be constructed
on this site as part of this application is at least one foot above the base flood elevation
provided to the Engineer by the City of College Station's Engineering staff. Said elevation
to have been established in the latest Federal Insurance Administration Flood Haz.ard Study
and maps, as amended.
C. I, Kirk R. Bynum, P.E. state to the best of my knowledge and understanding that the
alterations or development covered by this permit shall not diminish the flood-carrying
capacity of the waterways adjoining and/or crossing this permitted site and that such
alterations or development are consistent with requirements of the City of College Station
City Code, Chapter 13 concerning encroachments of the floodways and of floodways fringes.

proposed alterations will not raise the level of the 100-year flood above the elevation
established in the latest Federal Insurance Administration Flood Haz.ard Study.
