Thanks for the information. I have 3 PACs this afternoon, so I will give you a call in between meetings to discuss further. The building for Graham Road Industrial Park Phase 1 was existing, so there is no site plan. A condition to the access easement and the new driveway to phase 2 was that the person constructing the drive to phase 2 would, demo the eastern driveway of phase 1 and construct access to the phase 2 drive. Please give me a call this afternoon to discuss further. Thanks, Deven From: Erika Bridges [ma ilto:ebridges @cstx.aov] Sent: Wednesday, July 24, 2013 9:51 AM To:'Deven Doyen' Cc: Teresa Rogers Subject: Graham Industrial Park II Deven, We still have concerns about that 50-ft Access Easement and the proposed driveway consolidation. Will the adjacent owner be cooperative with the driveway consolidation when Phase II develops? It appears that the cross access driveway was not extended to the northeast within the 24-ft Cross Access Easement dedicated. In order to consolidate driveways, the cross -access drive will have to be extended and additional parking may have to be created elsewhere on the lot to account for the spots that will have to be removed. Please let me know your thoughts on these items.
