SUBJECT: COPPER FALLS EXECUTIVE SUITES (SP/NRA)
I reviewed the above -mentioned SITE PLAN - COMMERCIAL and NON-RESIDENTIAL
ARCHITECTURE STANDARDS application and determined it to be incomplete. The following is
the preliminary list of items needed to complete the submittal so that staff may conduct a
thorough review. Please submit the following information by 10 a.m. on any Monday for review
that week:
The Final Plat application must be accepted for review for this application to be
forwarded for review as well.
Please be aware that if this application is not completed before Monday, June 25, 2012, it will
expire and a new application and fees will be necessary to continue the site development
process.

PLANNING
1. Per NRA Building Review Minimum Requirements, please provide the following:
• Name, address, location, and legal description;
• Name, address, and telephone number of applicant.
2. Please match the percentages of materials used outline with their corresponding elevation
graphic.
3. The masonry percentage on the South Elevation is 52% and the total all of percentages
does not total to 100%. Please revise.
4. Please show the percentages of openings created by windows on each fagade and update
total percentages.
5. The legend shows that glass is shaded, but all windows do not reflect this. Please revise.
6. FYI — Facades that face the ROW must have two different architecture features every 45'
and every 60' for those that do not. This requirement has been met, and additional features
are not required until a full 45' or 60' section is met.
