KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That
COUNTY OF BRA20S S.
WHEREAS, under date of December 15, 1950, Albert Richardson,
at al, executed in favor of Lone Star Gas Company, that certain Right of
Way and Easement Agreement, covering 202.5 acres of land, more or less,
out of the Morgan Rector Survey, Abstract No. 46, Brazos County, Texas,
recorded in Volume 148, page 413, Deed Records, said County and State;
reference to which recorded instrument is hereby had and made for any
and all purposes in connection herewith; and
11 WHEREAS, the corporate name of LONE STAR GAS COMPANY has been
changed to ENSERCH CORPORATION, a Texas Corporation; and
WHEREAS, ENSERCH CORPORATION has been requested to release the
above mentioned Right of Way and Easement Agreement, insofar and only
insofar as same might cover and include all of the land covered thereby,
SAVE AND EXCEPT -a strip of land variable feet in width, together with
the right of ingress to and egress from said variable width strip of
land, as hereinafter set out:
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of One
Dollar Q1.00), cash in hand paid by Charles Gandy, the receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, ENSERCH CORPORATION does
hereby release, relinquish and surrender from under the terms of the
Right of Way and Easement Agreement all of the above described land,
SAVE AND EXCEPT:
1. A strip of land 50 feet in width, except at
a creek crossing where the strip of land is
100 feet in width, upon which is located a
6-inch pipeline constructed by Lone Star
Gas Company, known as Line L8-C; the center-
line of said variable width strip being
along the following described route, to -wit:
All that certain lot, tract or
parcel of land situated in the
State of Texas, County of Brazos,
and being out of that certain 202.5
acre tract out of the Morgan Rector

Survey, Abstract No. 46, as described
in the Right -of -Way easement to Lone
Star Gas Company by Albert Richardson,
at a1, dated December 15, 1950, and
recorded in Volume 148, Page 413, Deed
Records of Brazos County, Texas, the
route herein being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection point of
Lone Star Gas Company's 6-inch pipeline
designated LB-C with the fence along the
Southeast right-of-way of 120 foot wide
State Highway No. 30 along the Northwest
line of said 202.5 acre tract also the
Northwest line of Lot 1, Block 2, of
Woodstock Section 1, an addition to the
City of College Station as shown on a
plat as recorded in Volume 436, Page 481,
Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas,
said intersection point being a distance
of 43.7 feet S44°30'W along said South-
east right-of-way line of State Highway
No. 30 from the 5/8-inch iron rod found
at the Northerly corner of said Lot 1;
THENCE South 19*02' East along and with
said 6-inch pipeline a distance of 9
feet to an angle;
THENCE South 20°36' East along and with
said 6-inch pipeline a distance of 99
feet to an angle;
THENCE South 19033' East along and with
said 6-inch pipeline a distance of 1,315
feet to an angle;
THENCE South 19°40' East along and with
said 6-inch pipeline, at a distance of 594
feet cross the center of an 8 foot deep creek,
said strip being 100 feet wide, a distance of
100 feet each direction from the center of said
creek, at a distance of 819 feet cross a sewer
line, continuing in all a distance of 832 feet to
a point in the fence along the Southeast
line of said 202.5 acre tract along the South-
east line of the 74.60 acre tract as recorded
in Volume 435, Page 692, Deed Records of Brazos
County, Texas said point being a distance of
1,040 feet Southwest along and with said fence
from a 1/4-inch iron rod found set in a 4-inch
square concrete marker at the Easterly corner
of said 74.60 acre tract, said point also being
the end of the route herein described.
The right of ingress to and agrees from
said variable width strip of land on, over and
across all of the premises described in said
Right of Way and Easement Agreement, for the
purposes granted therein.
It is expressly understood and agreed that this partial release
is limited to the premises specifically released herein, but as to the
remainder of the land and premises covered by the said Right of Slay and
Easement Agreement and the land and rights reserved herein, same shall
remain in full force and effect, in the same manner as though this partial
release had not been executed.
