Lauren,
See below for the 2 issues we discussed last week:
1. Sidewalk along Private Drive "G":
Drive "G" is currently at a 6%slope in some areas. The sidewalk adjacent to the drive would need to be at 5% max
to be accessible (see blue sidewalk attached for accessible route). As you can see, making this sidewalk accessible
will require some switchback ramps and potentially some small walls. However, this sidewalk is not required to be
accessible because there is an alternate accessible route to the public ROW (see red sidewalk attached for
accessible route). Please let us know whether the sidewalk along Drive "G" should be accessible.
2. Access from Building to Drive "G":
The difference in elevation from the building to Drive "G" is 11' to 17'. Therefore, it will be very difficult to obtain
access from the building to the drive. We would be required to build switchback ramps with walls (see ramps in
green attached). This switchback ramp and walls would be built over a PUE. Alternatively, see the attached map
with connectivity routes in cyan. Please confirm the access from the Building to Drive "G" can be eliminated and
that access will come elsewhere.
Let me know should you have any questions or comments.

Kevin,
Thanks for the time to consider this issue. A sidewalk will be required to extend up the length of the
driveway that comes off of Private Drive G. No switchback sidewalk will be necessary.

Lauren,
We will need to widen the drive to allow for the sidewalk. I have attached another sketch that
shows how we propose to do this. Please let me know should you have any comments. We will
proceed.

Kevin,
I still don't think that an aerial truck is going to be able to make the turn into the two fire lane
driveways. Can you send me an exhibit of how you've made it work? Thanks!
Lauren

Lauren/Erika,
Here is the site plan for Lot 15. As discussed we are providing access to Drive G via the stairs. Let me
know should you have any questions or comments. We'll be submitting our drawings shortly for review.

Dear Ms. Bridges:
The fire flow requirement for a 3887 SF, type IIB building construction classification,1s 1,500 gallons
