SUBJECT: Tower Point Lot 15 - NRA Review
Staff reviewed the above -mentioned Non -Residential Architectural plans as requested. The
following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed.
Please address the comments and submit the following information by any Monday at 10:00
a.m. for further staff review:
One (1) revised set of elevation drawings
Please note that this application will expire in 90 days from the date of this memo, if the
applicant has not provided written response comments and revised documents to the
Administrator that seek to address the staff review comments contained herein. If there are
comments that you are not addressing with the revised elevations, please attach a letter
explaining the details. If you have any questions or need additional information, please call me

PLANNING
1. The materials legend is only accounting for 99% of the rear elevation.
2. A recessed entry is labeled on the west elevation, but no entry is shown.
3. One architectural relief elements must be added to the left side of the west elevation.
4. Each of the "4' projections" seem to be a few inches short of 4'.
5. Please add a note that concrete will be painted with a high -build paint so as to resemble
stucco.
