The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit the following information by any Monday at 10:00 a.m. for further staff review: One (1) revised set of elevation drawings (if applicable) Please note that this application will expire in 90 days from the date of this memo, if the applicant has not provided written response comments and revised documents to the Administrator that seek to address the staff review comments contained herein. If there are comments that you are not addressing with the revised elevations, please attach a letter explaining the details. This property is located in WPC Wolf Pen Creek District; please provide a revised DRB application. 2. Please provide contact information for architect/design professional on the plans. 3. Doors and windows should be calculated separately in the material chart. 4. Metal stars are considered an architectural metal, which can cover up to 20% of the fagade. Please provide the area and percentage in the material chart. 5. Will the existing sign be relocated or is a new sign being proposed? If a new sign is proposed, DRB approval is required and details should be provided as required in the DRB application. 6. It appears that the faux windows will have signs, all signs required DRB approval. Please provide details of all signs as required by the DRB application. 7. PLANNING Comment: New A/C ducts are being proposed on the west elevation. All mechanical equipment is required to be screened. This may be achieved by encasing the ducts with EIFs material. Response: Wood boards attached to steel tube framing now shown as screening for mechanical ducts. Please see sheets A02 and A03. Comment.
