The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. If all comments have been addressed and the following information submitted by 10:00 a.m. on any Monday, your project will be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting held in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue. One (1) 24"x36" copy of the revised final plat; Thirteen (13) 1 I NI T' copies of the revised final plat; One (1) Mylar original of the revised final plat (required after P&Z approval); and One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to: pdsdigitalsubmittaW4cstx.gov. Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Please note that this application will expire in 90 days from the date of this memo, if the applicant has not provided written response comments and revised documents to the Administrator that seek to address the staff review comments contained herein. If all comments have not been addressed your project will not be scheduled for a Planning & Zoning Commission meeting. Please revise the Certificate of Ownership and Dedication to read that this is for Great Oaks Phase 1B. 2. Please show a bolder line for the City Limits Line in the Vicinity Map. Please note that the future street extension will need to connect to the existing edge of pavement at Great Oaks Drive. 3. Please label the proposed ROW section between C1 and L2. This can be included a variable width for Great Oaks Drive ROW if a street name is not being proposed at this time.
