Rabon,
Regarding your question on Comment #17 (shifting the SS/FM), I chatted with Alan about it and he was thinking that the
issue could be avoided if there were just sloped end treatments at the discharges rather than wing-walls. Is that a
possibility? Is it possible to get 5-ft horizontal separatation between the SS/FM/storm in and around the pond, too?
He also agreed that we typically maintain public storm sewer pipes, but not the flatwork in the pond (including wing-
walls, etc) associated with them. We'll just need to be sure that any public easement stops at the end of the pipe.

Erika

Rabon,
I apologize for the delay in getting this section reviewed. I am still looking over the drainage report associated with
Sec.7, Ph.1 & 2, so I will send any associated DR comments with Sec.7, Ph.2. Attached are all my other comments. Also,
please note that Stephen is still reviewing the Lift Station design, so he may have some additional comments.
We will be sending our comments regarding this section formally probably tomorrow. Also, I will hopefully get the
Sec.7, Ph.2 comments back to you in the next couple of days. Thank you so much for your patience! Please let me know
if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Erika Bridges, EIT, CFM
