LANDSCAPING/STREETSCAPING/BUFFER
FYI – the Fontaine sign is considered an Area ID sign, not a Subdivision sign (because of its location), therefore, landscape is not required. If the landscape remains, please indicate
how it will be irrigated.
Pine tree is not an approved species for a canopy tree.
At least half of the 250 points need to be made up by canopy trees.
Please provide the name of the State Licensed Irrigator for the project.
Provide a general note that 100% coverage of groundcover, decorative paving, decorative rock (not loose), or a perennial grass is required in adjacent property disturbed during construction.
