TO: Natalie Ruiz, IPS Group, via fax 979.2%3564
FROM: Molly Hitchcock, AICP

SUBJECT: 401 SECOND ST (PIP)
I reviewed the above-nientioned PRIVATE IMPROVEMENT IN ROW PERMIT (PIP) application
turned in for the September 30 deadline and determined it to be incomplete. The following is the
preliminary list of items needed to complete the submittal so that staff may conduct a thorough
review. Please submit the following information by 10 a,m. on any Monday for review that week:
Completion of application (for example, identification of the total valuation of the
work and number of benches proposed). If contractors are unknown at this time, this
should be stated.
The property owner needs to be identified as the Indemnitor.
Proof of authority for Thomas Herbelin to sign the indemnification form on behalf
of the property owner.
This application will not hold up staff review of the site plan, building, or development permit
applications for this project, but it must be completed and approved before the site plan,
building, or development permit may be approved.
Please be aware that if this application is not completed before November 16, 2009, it will expire
and a new application and fees will be necessary to continue the PIP process.
