Box 9960 College Station, Texas 77842 Phone 979.764.3670 / Fax 979.764.3496 MEMORANDUM October 2, 2009 TO: Natalie Ruiz, IPS Group, via fax 979.2%3564 FROM: Molly Hitchcock, AICP Planning Administrator SUBJECT: 401 SECOND ST (PIP) I reviewed the above-nientioned PRIVATE IMPROVEMENT IN ROW PERMIT (PIP) application turned in for the September 30 deadline and determined it to be incomplete. The following is the preliminary list of items needed to complete the submittal so that staff may conduct a thorough review. Please submit the following information by 10 a,m. on any Monday for review that week: Completion of application (for example, identification of the total valuation of the work and number of benches proposed). If contractors are unknown at this time, this should be stated. The property owner needs to be identified as the Indemnitor. Proof of authority for Thomas Herbelin to sign the indemnification form on behalf of the property owner. This application will not hold up staff review of the site plan, building, or development permit applications for this project, but it must be completed and approved before the site plan, building, or development permit may be approved. Please be aware that if this application is not completed before November 16, 2009, it will expire and a new application and fees will be necessary to continue the PIP process.
