Good afternoon.
Michael Sharp requested that I send you the last round of building plan comments for the College Station HEB.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Michael,
The HEB SP has not been stamped yet. Therefore, the site plan could not be reviewed. There are still wall
packs shown in the building plans. Wall packs are not permitted. If you want to email a picture of what the
proposed lights will be, I can review them for compliance. The exterior elevation sheets are in a different
format than the approved documents. This is fine, except they are not missing information such as material and
color legend, as well as NRA notes. Also, the curb detail is not the approved 6" monolithic curb. Please show a
detail of the pedestrian cross walks. The fuel station building plans did not include the exterior elevation for all
four sides of the structure, except for the 11"x 17" copies. There needs to be a full size copy inserted into the
building plans. Wall packs are not an approved light fixture.
The retail center could not be fully reviewed without having an approved set of retail building plans. At this
point I noticed that there is a retaining wall at the rear of the building that needs to be treated to look like stone
or brick. Exposed vertical concrete is not an approved material. I was not able to locate the detail E101 which
is referenced on sheet E102. Wall packs are not an approved light fixture.
