Staff Planner SUBJECT: Cashion Dental (Nra) NRA Review Staff reviewed the above -mentioned Non -Residential Architectural plans as requested. The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit the following information for further staff review: One (1) revised set of elevation drawings Graphic representation and/or description of existing buildings in building plot to show material, color, and architectural harmony. If there are comments that you are not addressing with the revised elevations, please attach a letter explaining the details. Per Section 7.9.13.3, Building Materials, all buildings determined to be a single building plot, shall have materials and colors that are similar and complement each other architecturally. As an FYI, Aggieland Fitness and Christian Brother's Automotive are part of the same building plot. Please provide graphic representation and/or description of existing buildings in building plot to show material, color, and architectural harmony. 2. Please identify the architectural elements used for each fagade. 2 different architectural elements need to be used every 45ft on the East and South elevations. 2 different architectural relief elements will need to be used every 60 ft on the West and North elevations. A list of approved architectural relief elements can be found in Section 7.2.6.2, Building Mass and Design. 3. Provide screening and material detail for the ground mounted mechanical equipment proposed to be on the north elevation. Attached are graphic color representations of Aggieland fitness dome and the Christian Brothers Automotive. 2. "Visual interest' for each building elevation is provided through "architectural relief" according to "Building Mass and Design UDO page 7- 47. Different "design elements" and are noted on revised Exterior Elevations sheet. & Screening for mechanical equipment is located on revised civil sheets. Screening material will be landscaping shrubs.
