SUBJECT: CHURCH STREET BARBQUE (PIP)
I reviewed the above -mentioned PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PERMIT (PIP) application turned in
for today's deadline and determined it to be incomplete. The following is the preliminary list of
items needed to complete the submittal so that staff may conduct a thorough review. Please
submit the following information by 10 a.m. on any Monday for review that week:
Four (4) copies of a facility layout plan that details the existing public
infrastructure and the private improvements proposed to be in the right-of-way.
Proof of authority for Alex Long to sign the indemnity agreement on behalf of
Artesian Assets, Inc.
Please be aware that if this application is not completed before November 16, 2009, it will expire
and a new application and fees will be necessary to continue the PIP process.
