Please identify the colors being used on the front fagade' and provide a percentage table for
each color. All colors must be on the City of College Station Approved Color Palette , which

2. The proposed light fixtures need to meet the standards in Section 7.10. The light fixtures
that are currently attached to the building do meet the requirements, but what is proposed
would not since it is an exposed bulb.
3. Provide a general note on the site plan that states the following: Exterior building and site
lighting will meet the standards of Section 7.10 of the Unified Development Ordinance. The
light source shall not project below an opaque housing and no fixture shall directly project
light horizontally. Fixtures will be mounted in such a manner that the projected cone of light
does not cross any property line.
4. Please include a general note that all signage will be permitted separately. Approval of this
Non -Residential Architectural Standards application does not include approval of any of the
proposed signs.
5. Please note that any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City
of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your
plans. Any additional changes on these plans that the City has not be made of aware of will
constitute a completely new review.
