1. EC-01 -Should erosion control be added at the pond discharge points? Revised
accordingly.
2. EC-01 -Should there be stabilized construction entrances at each of the ponds rather
than on Backwater Ln., which is existing? Revised accordingly.
3. Please provide a Letter of Acknowledgment noting any deviations from our standards.
Attached.
4. Please provide a Cost Estimate with construction costs related to public infrastructure
only. Attached.
5. GP-01-04 -Please label the side slopes in all areas that are being regraded. No longer
applicable due to reduced Scope of Work.
6. GP-03 -Please maintain a minimum 0.5% slope along the concrete flume. The slope
(0.28%) shown in Pond #2 is the maximum that can be achieved due to existing
elevations between the box culvert of Creek Meadow Blvd and upstream to the
storm sewer discharge at the cul-de-sac of Cripple Creek Court. This deviation is
cited in the B/CS Letter of Acknowledgement.
7. GP-04 -In the area where pipes will be surcharged, please label the flowline elevations
at the inlets upstream. No longer applicable due to reduced Scope of Work.
8. GP-04 -Water-tight rings are required to be added on the surcharged pipes. Please
show and label water-tight rings and add a detail & spec for their installation. No longer
applicable due to reduced Scope of Work.
9. GP-04 -Please label the existing and proposed 100-yr WSE. No longer applicable
due to reduced Scope of Work.
10. GP-04 -It looks like the proposed normal water level is higher than the top of the 18-
inch discharge pipe. Is this pipe going to be plugged or removed? Correct. This is an
existing low-flow drain pipe. During small rainfall events the low-flow pipe is only
engaged. During substantial rainfall both the low-flow pipe and the spillway is
engaged to meter flow from Pond #1.
11 . MD-01 -Please clarify why the weir structures for Ponds 1 & 4 are being modified. No
longer applicable due to reduced Scope of Work.
12. MD-01 -Please label the modified weir details with flowlines/elevations. No longer
applicable due to reduced Scope of Work.
