8. In accordance with Chapter 13 of the Coi;le of Ordinances of the City of College Station, measure5 shall be taken to
insure 'that all debris from construction, erosion, and sedimentation shall not be deoosited in city streets, or existing
drainage facilltles. Canstruct1ori Site Notitje or Notice of Intent {NOi) along with Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan
(SWP3) wiU be kept and maintained orj-site during construction as per TPDES permitting requiremente. If it Is
determined that the prescribed ero~ion lcontrol mea~fes are ineffective to retain all sediment on-site, it Is tha
Contractor's responsibility to implement nieasures that will meet City, State, and Federal requirements. ·
