The test was performed by Glendon Adams, assisted by Britt, Wellborn Special Utility District and witnessed by Pastor Jermain White and by the undersigned. The test performed met the NFPA 291 minimum design standards required by the BCS Unified Design Guidelines. The southernmost fire hydrant (FH-1) is located at the end of a 12" Wellborn SU D water line and it is a de-facto end of line blow-off valve. FH-2 is located 59' to the northwest of the first hydrant. See attached pictured labeled "Two FHs". Static pressure at FH-2 with 2-1/2" pitot gauge was measured at 61 psi. See attached picture labeled "Static psi". Similarly flowing pressure at FH-1 was measured at 58 psi. And the flowing pressure at FH-2 was measured at 59 psi. See picture labeled "Flowing psi". Picture labeled "EOL FH" is a picture FH-1 while flowing . Under the conditions described above the flow capacity for either hydrant is estimated at 1,280 gpm. Sufficient protection for a 9,000 sf Type V-B building is therefore available. F\~E FLD\10 ·°"1~ 1C5 • ci.~ -s.~ . Christian A.
