In accordance with Chapter 13 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of College Station, measures shall be taken to insure
that debris from construction, erosion, and Bedimentation shall not be deposited in city streets, or existing drainage
facilities. All development shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications submitted to and approved by the City

1. Please submit a letter of acknowledgement. If not using City standard details, please
explain how the provided details differ.
2. Please revise cost estimate to reflect material changes as a result of the required revisions.
3. Please submit Appendix D of the BCS United Stormwater Design Guidelines as a
supplement to the drainage report.
4. Please include City and TxDOT standard details in the construction plan set.
5. Please provide sizing calculations for the proposed culvert at High Summit St. and
University Drive.
6. Sheet 5 -The 48-in flowline is labeled as 293.70 on sheet 5 and 293.75 on sheet 8. Please
revise.
7. Sheet 7 -It appears that there is more than 300 ft. between manholes on High Summit St.
Please revise.

Sheet -Cement s a lilized sand bedding is required for the 48-in RCP storm sewer pipes
per City standard details and specifications.
10. Sheet 12 -Please include the flowline, size, and slope of the existing sanitary sewer line at
the manhole you are proposing tying into.
11. Sheet 12 -The 30-ft wide Pedestrian Walkway and PUE is not shown as 30 feet wide on
the plans.
12. Sheet 12 & Plat -Portions of the proposed sanitary sewer line are 14 ft. deep or deeper
and are required to be in a 30-ft PUE. The proposed PUE must also at continue at least
5.5-ft beyond the centerline of the pipe at Sta. 4+56.35.
13. Sheet 13 & Plat -The proposed sanitary sewer line is 6 ft. deep or deeper and is required
to be in a 20-ft PUE.

25. Drainage Report -Table #4, Pg. 10 shows a runoff value of 12.33cfs for Area P2 and the
data in Section 3.0 indicates that value should be 12.23cfs. Please rectify.
26. Drainage Report -It does not appear that the Runoff Values and Required Lengths listed in
Table #7 match the values in Section 5.0. Please clarify.
27. Drainage Report -The "n" value of 0.012 listed under the Curb Inlet Notes does not match
the "n" value of 0.014 listed in Section 5.0. Please revise.
28 . Drainage Report -On Pg. 17 a roughness coefficient for ADS pipe should be listed under
system criteria. Please revise calculations in Section 5.0 to utilize the correct coefficient.
29. Sanitary Sewer Report -Please indicate how many units per acre were assumed for high-
Q density and medium-density residential sanitary sewer flow calculations.
