Runoff also crosses Areas Lakeway Drive onto city of College Station park land at Woodland Hills park. Nearby Drainage Facilities Since that is public property no easement is required. Describe any built or improved drainage facilities existing near the property (culverts, bridges, lined channels, buried conduit, swales, detention ponds, etc). State Highway 6 frontage road contains an 8'x4' box culvert which allows runoff from SH 6 to cross under the Frontage Road and enter Spring Creek Commons Subdivision. There are also two 18 inch driveway culverts under the McDonald driveway that also route flow toward Lot 4, Block 1.
