I have been in contact with the property owner for this project and he is requesting that this replat be pulled
from any further consideration and wishes to cancel the replat process at this time.

Good morning Louise,
I am aware and understand that we have requested the Mylar for the property, but can you please let me know that the
owner understands the notes being placed on the plat? I would again like to reiterate that the lot being created cannot
be of different ownership from Tract 1R. If either property changes ownership, the sign existing on Tract 2 will no longer
conform to sign regulations outlined in Section 7.5 of the Unified Development Ordinance. With any change of
ownership the sign would be considered off premises signage which is listed as prohibited under section 7.5 and would
be actively pursued by the City for enforcement. Please let me know when this has been confirmed.

After reviewing the latest submission the only change that is needed is to revise General Note 8.The note should include
a statement that Tract 2 shall retain the same ownership as Tract 1R.
