Box 9253, College Station, TX 77842 Off /Fax: (979) 690-0329 Email: civil@rmengineer.com Please find attached documentation illustrating the proposed water system improvements, for the above referenced project, with the following modifications. Section 1.4 -Existing Water Distribution System: 3. A 2" and 3" PVC water line meanders along the prescriptive right-of-way Royder Road. With the dedication of right-of-way and also acquisition of right-of-way, by Brazos County, these two water lines are funded for replacement by a single 4" water line. Per various phone conversations with Mr. Steven Cast (current manager of Wellborn S.U.D.) the construction of the 4" water line is scheduled to begin no later than October 25, 2007. The attached KYPIPE model analysis this system with the replacement of the 2" and 3" lines with a single 4" water line; In lieu of these modifications Table #2 -"Water System Summary" has been revised accordingly and is reported below. Technical report summaries, generated by the KYPIPE program, for each Fire Flow Scenario is attached to this letter.
