Box 9960 College Station, TX 77842 Re.: Ewing Irrigation (SP) -Site Plan Sewer Service Letter MBESI#: 1000-0136 Dear Erika: (979) 693-3838. Prue (979) 693-2554 I~ This letter is intended to provide you information regarding the sewer demand for the Ewing Irrigation site plan on Graham Road as you requested in your comment letter. I will use the fixture unit method to determine the peak and average day sewer demands for this site. The existing building is the only sewer generator on the site currently. There is one lavatory and one toilet in the building. The total number of fixture units for these installations are as follows : Fixture Tvoe Fixture Units/Each Number Total Fixture Units Toilet (w/tank) 2.5 1 2.5 Bathroom Lavatory 1 1 1 Total: 3.5 3.5 Fixture Units corresponds to a peak flow of 3.5 gpm on systems without flush valves. Assuming a peaking factor of 4 the average daily sewer flow is 0.875 gpm (assume 1 gpm). This corresponds to a daily flow of 440 Hons assuming uniform distribution throughout the day. If you have any questions or additional comments, please do not hesitate to let me know. S~incerely, L ~~/Z- J Robertson, P.E.
