,.22 The zoning (NG-1), legal description, and applicant information should be added to the
elevation sheet.
3. Provide a general note that all roof and ground-mounted mechanical equipment shall be
screened from view or isolated so as not to be visible from any public right-of-way or
residential district within 150' of the subject lot, measured from a point five feet above grade.
Such screening shall be coordinated with the building architecture and scale to maintain a
unified appearance.
4. FYI...The west and south elevations meet the minimum standards for architectural
elements.
5. FYI...The north elevation does not require any architectural elements because it is blocked
by a dumpster enclosure.
E. The east elevation needs one (1) additional architectural element. The same type of
element, such as a pilaster, can not be counted twice within the same 40' section. :; L_
7. Dark Hunter Green and Black of Night are not on the approved color palette, and therefore
may not be used in excess of 10% on a façade.
