The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please provide physical color samples of the roof y�vt�s� ,.22 The zoning (NG-1), legal description, and applicant information should be added to the elevation sheet. 3. Provide a general note that all roof and ground-mounted mechanical equipment shall be screened from view or isolated so as not to be visible from any public right-of-way or residential district within 150' of the subject lot, measured from a point five feet above grade. Such screening shall be coordinated with the building architecture and scale to maintain a unified appearance. 4. FYI...The west and south elevations meet the minimum standards for architectural elements. 5. FYI...The north elevation does not require any architectural elements because it is blocked by a dumpster enclosure. �E. The east elevation needs one (1) additional architectural element. The same type of element, such as a pilaster, can not be counted twice within the same 40' section. :; L_ 7.
