COMMENT #11 : It appears that there is a discrepancy on the Barron Rd. ROW dedication
between what is shown on the preliminary plat and final plat. Please clarify.
ACTION : The acreage shown on the preliminary plat incorrectly showed the property
owned by Ed Froehling ending at the original deed line, however, the property
actually owned by the Froehling's ends as shown on the Final Plat.
