All finished grades of the proposed curb that encroaches within the Public Drainage Easement are typically lower than the adjacent natural ground elevations which allows for positive drainage within the easement. College Station, TX 77845 Dear Mr. Hilgerneier: I have prepared the following responses to the City staff review comments that were issued on July 6, 2009 for above referenced project: ENGINEERING COMMENTS NO. 2: Comment#! The water and sewer demand units have been converted to gallons per minute (gpm) on the site plan (Sheet C-1 ). Comment#2 A vicinity map on the site plan has been added to show the project location. Comment#3 Sheet CS has been re-titled to Erosion Control Plan. Comment#4 The encroachment issue is being coordinated by the architect and/or surveyor of record. Comment#5 An Easement Dedication Application is being prepared to propose a new Public Utility Easement. Comment#6 A plan and profile has been added to the site plan in place of the section. Comment#7 The Temporary Fire Access will have one coarse of seal-coat to make it an all weather surface. A Fire Lane Note on the site plan is included to propose this Temp Fire Access at the start of the project. Comment#9 The sewer tie-in location match on Sheets C 1 and C3. Comment#lO The Esperanza of College Station 1103 Rock Prairie Rd., College Station, TX 77845 City Standard details for Water and Erosion Control has been added to the plan set. ELECTRICAL COMMENTS: I spoke with Sam Weido over the phone to go over the electrical comments. He stated that the electrical notes placed from our initial resubmittal would be acceptable to address his comments. FIRE COMMENTS: I spoke with Steve Smith over the phone on his comment. A temporary all-weather surface drive incorporated within the proposed fire lane that surrounds the building would be acceptable to address his comment.
