o provide a sidewalk along Renee Lane will put this development at an disadvantage to others selling lots in
neighboring developments that were not required to build sidewalk.

Since Renee Lane is an open ditch roadway t ere,is not a concrete curb separating the traffic rom the sr ewa
area. Placing the sidewalk next to the travel way could cause an unsafe condition forpedestrians. Additionally, the
;ity's typical sections for open ditch roadways do not have sidewalk shown.
4. The granting of the waiver will not have the effect of preventing the orderly subdivision of other land in the area in
accordance with the provisions of the Unitied Development Ordinance.
This variance will ave no effect on surrounding lands.
