Re.: Fire Flow Letter
Adamson Lagoon Building
MBESI No. 10140005
Dear Erika:
This letter shall serve as our fire flow analysis of the proposed improvements for the above
referenced project. This project consists of the replacement of the existing ±2,300 s.f. pool
building with a new 3,958 s.f. pool building. The proposed building will be Type 1118 construction
and will not be sprinklered. Based on Table 8105.1 of the International Fire Code, the minimum
fire flow requirements for this building will be 1,500 g.p.m. Therefore, a new fire hydrant will be
installed approximately 62' northeast of the proposed building to meet the fire flow requirements.
If you have any questions or need any additional information, please do not hesitate to call.
Sincerely,
!!: J. Dale Browne, Jr, P.E
