Dear Carol,

As discussed yesterday, we are transmitting the following information to answer your
questions on the above referenced project.
• You requested the limits and the volume and page for the existing public utility
easement located along the old Christine Lane alignment. Attached is a copy of
the survey from Kerr Surveying and the Final Plat for the Athletic Complex. It
appears that the 20' PUE was dedicated on the plat, vol. 1140, pg 497.
• You also requested an impervious cover map and drainage letter and
certification which is attached.
• We have also attached a copy of the LOMR dated 3/29/07 which illustrates the
closest BFE to this site.
• In your last round of comments you asked for an 11x17 Erosion Control Plan.
Attached is an 11x17 copy of sheet C1 which has SWPP general notes stated.
Because of the type of improvements being made with this project (most of which
is existing impervious cover) we felt this note was appropriate to control the site
SWPP rather than provide silt fences/ hay bales or sand bags that were
unnecessary. This note will give the inspector the authority to require measures
if they find they are needed.
ase contact us if you have any questions.

AMCHS ATHLETIC FIELD RENOVATIONS
DRAINAGE ANALYSIS
January 2007
This project consists of the addition and renovation of several buildings in and
around the AMCMS Athletic Complex. Specifically,
•:• Renovations and additions to the Home and Visitor Restroom Facilities
•:• Renovations to the existing Press Box
•:• Additions to the existing Stadium Field House
•:• Additions to the existing Construction Operations Building
•:• Storm drainage improvements and synthetic turf replacement to the Football
Infield
•:• A new Maintenance Building
•:• A new Multi-Sport Field House
As seen on the attached exhibit, most of these facility improvements are being
made where there is existing impervious cover. Therefore, the actual increased
runoff from these improvements is minimal. The improvements are draining to two
different study points. The Multi-Sport Field House is draining to Bee Creek -Main
and will runoff to the existing AMCHS detention pond before discharging into the
downstream drainage channel. All other improvements w ill discharge into Bee
Creek -Tributary B. Al l existing drainage directions are being maintained and none
of the improvements are being diverted to a different drainage outfall .
The amount of increased impervious cover to either study point is an average of .22
acres, which computes to approximately 2 cfs in a 100-year event storm. This
increase is negligible and will not adversely affect any adjacent properties.
We hope this has addressed any questions you may have with the AMC HS Athletic
Field improvements. As always if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to
call.
