near the intersection of Decatur Drive and Arrington Road. 111ey are immediately
adjacent to Spring Creek Townhomes, Phase 1 and Spring Creek Gardens, Phase 1.
The subdivision has 71 lots along Heath Drive and Dawn Lynn Drive.
