GENERAL INFORMATION
Spring Creek Townhomes, Phases 2 & 3 are located in southern College Station,
inm1ediately south of the Decatur Drive and Alexandria Drive intersection. Phase 2
of the subdivision has 29 lots, and Phase 3 has 42 lots. At the time of this submittal,
only Phase 2 is being developed, but since the sewer system must be designed to
acconunodate all 71 lots, both phases are included in this analysis.
Single Family Residential
Primary Sewer Outfall: An 18" sewer line that roughly parallels the southern property line of the site. This
line was installed approximately 7 years ago by the City of College Station.

Exhibit B -Sanitary Sewer Analysis Spreadsheet
The analysis in Exhibit B checks the calculated slope required to pass the estimated
flow against the minimum slope required by TCEQ. The spreadsheet indicates the
minimum required slope is much greater than the computed slope, so we conclude
that the system is more than capable of carrying the anticipated flows from the
development.
