Being the same tract of land as recorded in Vol. 2728, Page 230, of the Brazos County Official Records(B.C.O.R.), an being called to be out of the Richards Addition to the City of College Station, as recorded in Vol. 137, Page 5, of the Brazos County Deed Records(B.C.D.R.). All bearings of this survey are referenced to the Texas Stat Plane Coordinate System, Central Zone, NAD83, and boundary based on found 1/2" iron rods in the said Richar 's Addition, to reference said previous deed.
